Fraise Fatale brings back the spirit of our very first brut, Brighid, launched in 2019 — but with a seductive twist. Brewed with strawberry purée added late in fermentation, this 10% brut-style ale is crisp, clean, and packed with delicate bubbles and a bone-dry finish.
Don’t expect sweetness — just refined strawberry notes wrapped in a bright, effervescent texture. It’s smooth enough for a wine lover, yet bold enough for those who want a beer with presence.
