Since 2014, Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault has been a leading name in craft beer in northwestern New Brunswick. Located in Edmundston — the gateway to the Maritimes — our microbrewery transformed a former police station into a dynamic brewing facility, recognized and awarded nationally.

The Chalet Kitchen at the Brasserie
The kitchen of Le Chalet du Petit-Sault is now open inside the Brasserie. Jaymie Gallant-Côté leads the team, with a menu built to go with what is on tap. For over 12 years, Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault has been a gathering place at the heart of Madawaska. Now with food on the table.
Kitchen hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM. Same address, same crew taking care of you, new experience.
Le Chalet Opens Later This Summer
The kitchen is the first piece of a larger project. Some time this summer, the space next door opens as Le Chalet du Petit-Sault. More to come.
