What's Brewing?

Last Night with Crooked Rapids – Don’t Miss It!

All through March, Crooked Rapids has been lighting up our P’tits Mercredis Saultés with their irresistible blend of country, bluegrass, and streetgrass. This trio from Northwestern New Brunswick has brought raw energy and heartfelt authenticity to our Wednesdays, week after week.

This Wednesday, March 27, is your last chance to catch them live at the brewery — and we’re closing out the month on a high note. Whether you’ve been with us every week or you’re just jumping in now, this is the night to enjoy great live music, tasty food, and of course, our craft beers, including the brand new Shutdown – Dry Irish Stout on NITRO.

Starting at 5:30 PM, grab a seat in the taproom and soak up the music.

Shutdown Irish Dry Stout 4.4%

Just in time for St. Paddy’s Day — meet Shutdown!

Our new Shutdown Irish Dry Stout has arrived — and it’s the perfect way to celebrate St. Paddy’s! At 4.4%, Shutdown delivers deep roasted malt flavours, hints of dark chocolate and coffee, and a satisfyingly dry finish.

Try it on nitro in the taproom for a silky-smooth, creamy pour that brings out the stout’s rich character — nothing beats that nitro texture! Prefer to enjoy it at home? The canned version is traditionally carbonated for a crisp, refreshing taste.

Worthy of our hard work, fitting for our moments of rest

When the mill pauses, a gentle lightness settles over the Upper Saint John Valley. Behind this apparent calm, at the heart of the factory, workers and contractors dedicate themselves with ingenuity and perseverance to maintaining this century-old monument. A symbol of downtown Edmundston, it embodies our proud forestry and manufacturing heritage and stands as a testament to the strength of our community.

Shutdown, a classic and timeless Irish Dry Stout, reflects this unique balance between strength and softness. At just 4.4%, it offers rich roasted grain aromas, a velvety texture, and a dry finish. Brewed to honour hard work and to savour moments of rest, it celebrates what unites our community through its roots and enduring legacy.

Now on tap and in cans — raise a glass to hard work, craftsmanship, and well-earned rest. Stop by the taproom or grab a four-pack from the Brewtique today!
