From the Heart of Edmundston
Since 2014

Our Story

Founded in 2014, Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault has become a cornerstone of the craft beer scene in northwestern New Brunswick. Nestled in Edmundston, at the heart of Acadie, a region with a rich history of alcohol smuggling, our brewery transformed a former police station into a vibrant hub for craft beer production, now recognized and awarded nationally.

As the first legal brewery in Madawaska since prohibition, we take pride in brewing beers that balance simplicity and complexity. We use pure water from the Iroquois River basin and the finest malts, hops, and yeasts to deliver consistent quality and flavour.

Born from the vision of passionate friends, Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault is a pillar of creativity and innovation in the heart of Edmundston. We celebrate the independent spirit of the Brayons of Madawaska, enriched by Acadian heritage, through beers that embody authenticity and perfection.

Our beers are available on-site, in various bars and restaurants, and through the Alcool New Brunswick network. Come visit us and experience the heart of Acadian craft beer culture.

We are proud members of the Canadian Craft Brewers Association and the New Brunswick Craft Beer Association, committed to promoting quality and innovation in the craft beer industry and strengthening ties with our local community.
