Our festival gets a fresh start: welcome to KM ZERO
After four editions under the name Funk & Bier, our festival is evolving. This year, we’re turning the page and officially launching KM ZERO – Food Trucks • Bier Bash • Live Music.
Why KM ZERO? Because here in Edmundston, we’re literally the starting point of the Maritimes. It’s where the journey begins, where the encounters happen, where the discoveries start. The festival embraces this sense of adventure — simple, warm, and welcoming.
On Saturday, September 6, under the big tent set up in the parking lot of Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault, we’ll be offering a unique selection of craft beers from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Over 30 participating breweries and more than 100 different beers to discover, all at your own pace. Whether you prefer sampling a few 4 oz pours or grabbing a full can of your favourites, it’s all set for an evening of discovery, well-paced and relaxed.
KM ZERO also means live music, street food, and good times. This year, we’ll be welcoming Excel & The Spreadsheets and Barry Paquin Roberge on the main stage, with DJ Paul Bourgoin keeping the energy up between sets. And as always, food trucks will remain open and accessible to the entire public throughout the weekend.
It’s a new name, a new format, but always the same goal: to offer a festive, accessible event that stays true to our region.
KM ZERO — where the fun truly begins.
