Soeur Catherine Old School IPA

Soeur Catherine Old School IPA 7%

Forged with Discipline, Brewed with Consistency

At 7%, this bold, resinous West Coast IPA is brewed with discipline—no compromises, just character, for over a decade.

Bold Flavour. No Compromises

Born in St. Agatha, Maine in 1898, Sister Catherine spent over forty years teaching in Edmundston. A small but formidable presence, she represented a time when education meant order, rigour, and building character. Feared by some, respected by all, her unwavering sense of discipline left a lasting impression on generations of students.

Much like its namesake, Catherine Old School IPA doesn’t chase trends. Brewed and dry-hopped with five carefully selected hop varieties, it bursts with resinous pine, citrus, and malty caramel, carried by a clean, firm bitterness and a dry finish.

A bold, classic beer we’ve been brewing for over a decade — a tribute to the early days of West Coast IPA, when bold hops and sharp bitterness helped launch the craft beer revolution.

Suggested Pairing

Perfect with a juicy burger, spicy wings, or a plate of sharp cheese — bold dishes for a bold beer.
